1. For Online Registration & Admit Card log on to www.tridhara.org
2. For Offline Registration and Admit Card contact Club Office along with the proof of age from 10th Dec. 2025 to 10th Jan. 2026 (4pm to 7pm). The last date for submission of the Form & Registration is 15th January 2026 till 8pm.
3. Participants will have to bring all materials necessary for drawing except the Drawing Sheet. Participants will have to carry the admit card with them and have to report before one hour from the schedule time.
4. Guardians will not be allowed inside the competition enclosure.
5. The organizers will not be responsible for the participants after completion of the event.
6. The competition will be held in four groups as detailed below & the competition will be of two hours duration.

7. The decision of the panel of selected judges, consisting of renowned artists, will be final.
8. Prize distribution ceremony will be held on 8th February, 2026 from 6pm onwards at club premises.
9. The organisers will not have any responsibility whatsoever if the participants fail to collect the prizes within one month from the day of the competition.
10. First Four Thousand Forms will be accepted. Condition apply.
